  Public Sector Accounting Standards are widely used to improve the quality

 SAS are issued by the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Boa
 rd\, and the latest official IPSASB Handbook contains the complete IPSAS p
 ronouncements published as of 31 January 2025\, together with the Conceptu
 al Framework for General Purpose Financial Reporting by Public Sector Enti
 ties. This ICPAS program is designed to support public-sector institutions
 \, accountants\, auditors\, finance officers\, educators\, and development
  partners in understanding IPSAS and their practical relevance to financia
 l reporting\, public accountability\, and public financial management. The
  program is divided into two parts: Day 1: IPSAS Forum A high-level forum 
 focused on public sector financial reporting reform\, accountability\, ins
 titutional readiness\, and the role of IPSAS in strengthening transparency
  and decision-making. Days 2–4: IPSAS Masterclass A practical technical 
 masterclass covering IPSAS concepts\, financial statements\, key standards
